It is extraordinary dish that can serve as a light and healthy dinner for any home with side dishes such as mash potatoes and garlic bread. The Sesame Jellyfish Recipe has a simple ingredients list and preparation method.

For this recipe you will need six pieces of ingredients. You will need half a pound of jellyfish. You will need two teaspoons of light soy sauce, sugar and Chinese white rice vinegar. You will need three tablespoons of sesame oil and sesame seeds. That's it! The list is very simple and acquirable.

The preparation method is as equally simple. First you must prepare the jellyfish. To do this, you must rinse the jellyfish in cold water and simply drain it. Then, place the jellyfish in a stainless steel bowl, plastic always has extra fat and carbohydrates stuck to the bowl, and spill in some boiling water. This will allow the jellyfish to become tender, leave it for fifteen minutes. Then once again you must drain the jellyfish and place it in cold water for approximately six minutes.
